What does the documentation include?

PIF (Product Information File)

  • Complete documentation of the cosmetic product.

  • Includes, among other things: composition, manufacturing method, evidence of efficacy, test results, safety assessment, labeling, and details of the Responsible Person.

Safety Report (CPSR – Cosmetic Product Safety Report)

  • Prepared by a qualified safety assessor.

  • Evaluates the toxicological safety of both the ingredients and the finished product.

Testing and Laboratory Reports

  • Stability, microbiological, dermatological, and challenge test reports.

  • Confirmation of compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009.

Label and Packaging Compliance

  • Verification of compliance with EU and Polish regulations (Polish language, INCI list, PAO symbol, warnings, batch number).
